Can you integrate with our ERP?
Probably yes. We've already integrated SAP, Totvs, NetSuite, Salesforce and Dynamics 365, as well as customer service platforms such as Avaya, Genesys, Five9 and Nice. When a system has no API, we use the database, files or automation.
Real-time or scheduled integration?
It depends on the process. Orders and customer service usually call for real time; financial close and BI loads work well on a schedule. We define this in the assessment, along with the cost of each option.
What if an integration fails in the middle of the night?
Every integration has logging, reprocessing and alerts. The failed record is stored and resent when the system is back, without duplicating or losing data.
