Where should a company start with AI?

Is our data safe with OpenAI?
We use OpenAI models through Azure, with data in the client's environment, per-user access and compliance with LGPD (Brazil's data protection law). On Azure OpenAI, the data you send is not used to train the models.
Does AI replace BI?
No. AI works best on top of organized data. An agent that answers questions about sales depends on the same data model that feeds the dashboard, which is why we handle both together.
